The Basic tier is not a free trial. It is the baseline commitment: webhooks, mapping, short history — accessible without a card, without commitment, without expiry.
A simple gateway, free to start.
TheConnector was born from a simple observation: TradingView automation tools are either expensive, proprietary, or hosted on the other side of the world. We wanted the opposite.
The idea was born after one too many frustrating support emails — in English, on US hours, about an already-expensive product. We realised an independent trader with a small account could not justify a monthly subscription just to route an alert.
Essential trading tools should not be reserved for those who can absorb several subscriptions.
That sentence is still our compass. The free Basic tier is not a marketing loss-leader — it is the essential layer, and it will stay free.

02 · METHOD
No proprietary jargon
Raw JSON, public documentation, standard HTTP codes. You keep the readability of a payload any dev can debug in the browser.
03 · OPERATION
Explicit statuses, not opaque
A rejection must name its reason. The dashboard exposes Received, Route, ACK, Delivered or Rejected — never a cryptic error code.
04 · SCOPE
A gateway, nothing more
No managed signals, no turn-key copy-trading, no robot. TheConnector routes what you configure — you keep responsibility.

The team stays small. The roadmap is driven by real usage, not trends.
What we will not be.
TheConnector will never become:
- ✕ a managed-signal provider;
- ✕ turn-key copy-trading where you blindly follow an "expert";
- ✕ a robot with automated risk management;
- ✕ a broker, a payment account, or a crypto monetisation service.
We remain an infrastructure gateway. You keep responsibility for the strategy, the broker account, the risk. That is non-negotiable.
