Intended service framework
This document describes the intended service framework for future Pro and Elite paid plans. It does not constitute a contractual commitment until these plans are open for subscription.
Future paid plans
Pro and Elite plans are not open yet. The service framework below is a product target, not a current contractual guarantee.
Services intended to be monitored
The intended monitoring scope includes API availability, webhook ingestion, dashboard access, connector health and documentation availability.
Public status
The current operational view is available on the Status page.
No execution guarantee
Even once paid plans open, a service framework cannot guarantee that a broker, platform, network, script or external connector will execute a trading order. A command that cannot be processed immediately must be treated as expired.
Before commercial opening
The final service terms will be reviewed and updated before any paid plan is offered. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
