Pricing questions
How does the 30-day Elite trial work?
Every new account can start it in one click from the dashboard, without a payment method, while the beta lasts. Start it once your robot is running: the countdown begins at the click. At the end, the account goes back to Basic by itself; nothing to cancel.
Why are the paid plans closed?
The service is in beta: Basic is free with no time limit and Elite can be tried for free. Pro and Elite subscriptions open at the definitive launch, at the prices shown above; you will be notified from your account.
Do you take a commission on trades?
No. TheConnector never touches your funds and takes no commission; the only cost is the plan. Your broker's fees apply as usual.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the Offers page of your account, at any time. Going down a tier keeps your accounts and settings; only the features of the previous tier (analytics, replication, Recovery) become inactive, and the closed-order history and analytics of the higher tier are purged, as announced before confirmation.
