Starting with Basic
Basic is designed to validate a real route before paid plans open.
What is included in Basic?
Basic includes 10 accounts and 15 webhooks per day per account, with no payment card required during the pre-launch period. At the definitive launch the free tier moves to 5 webhooks per day per account.
Can beginners use TheConnector?
Yes, if they start with test alerts, small controlled setups and a clear understanding that trading remains risky.
When will paid plans be available?
Paid plans will open progressively at the end of the PublicSite development phase. The Pro and Elite prices shown on the pricing page are the reference; annual billing includes 2 months free.
Webhook routing and order replication
TheConnector routes instructions you choose to send; it is not a social strategy marketplace.
Which platforms are supported?
TheConnector targets MT4, MT5 and cTrader workflows, depending on broker compatibility and account configuration.
Is this copy trading?
No. TheConnector does not provide leaders, social copying or performance promises. It routes your own TradingView alerts and account instructions to targets you control.
Can one alert reach several accounts?
Yes, when the route is configured for selected accounts. The user remains responsible for target selection, volumes, symbols and risk.
Execution tracking, symbols and dashboard actions
The dashboard keeps the operational path readable without hiding broker responsibility.
What is symbol mapping broker?
It maps a TradingView symbol to the exact broker symbol, including prefixes, suffixes or platform-specific names.
Can orders be managed from the site?
The product includes dashboard order actions where supported by the connected platform and account permissions. Those actions remain user-controlled.
Which statuses are visible?
The dashboard is designed to show a readable path such as received, routing, ACK, delivered or a clear rejection reason.
Hosting, privacy and responsibility
TheConnector is positioned as a French-built alternative with France or EU hosting posture.
Where is TheConnector hosted?
The PublicSite positioning is France or European Union hosting, with privacy and operational clarity as core market signals.
Does TheConnector remove trading risk?
No. Trading remains risky. TheConnector is a technical gateway; strategy, broker choice, accounts, symbols, volumes and risk settings remain under user control.
How is TheConnector different from large US gateways?
TheConnector emphasizes a French-speaking experience, MT4/MT5/cTrader coverage, France or EU hosting posture, readable execution tracking and a free Basic path to start.
