A recovery mode that says no before it says yes
Recovery tools have a bad reputation for a good reason: most of them have no ceiling. This one is built the other way round — every limit is set before anything opens. Maximum depth, lot multiplier, maximum total lots, maximum exposure as a share of equity, and a hard stop that closes the basket. It stays off until you explicitly arm it.
Every limit is set before anything opens
You choose the drawdown that triggers a recovery, how deep it may go, how much each leg is allowed to grow, the total lots it may reach, and the share of your equity it may commit. You also choose how the basket exits and at what drawdown it is closed regardless. Nothing here is a default we picked for you.
Trigger drawdown, maximum depth, lot multiplier and maximum total lots
Maximum exposure expressed as a share of equity, so the ceiling follows the account
A hard stop drawdown that closes the basket whatever else is configured
Who owns the position while a basket is running
While a recovery basket is open on a symbol, it owns the exits for that symbol: a competing TradingView command would break the pairing between the original position and its hedge, so those commands are refused with an explicit reason rather than silently applied. A manual override is always available to close the basket immediately from your client area.
Competing commands are refused with a reason you can read in your history
A one-click manual close is always available from your client area
Legs closed by the daily loss protection stay attributed to their basket in the accounting
Test it before you trust it
Recovery is the kind of feature that should never be enabled on a live account on the strength of a marketing page. You can export a backtest of the recovery behaviour and read it yourself, and you can arm the mode on a demo account first. It is available on the Pro and Elite plans; the free tier deliberately does not include it.
A backtest of the recovery behaviour can be exported and read outside the product
Arm it on a demo account first — the setting is per account, not global
No performance is promised, and past behaviour does not predict future results
