TheConnector vs SignalForge AI: an honest comparison
Both tools take a TradingView alert and turn it into a real order. They diverge on how many platforms they reach, on what happens when you run more than one account, and on how much of the feature list is shipped today. This page names both sides of that, with the date we checked.
Platform coverage: one terminal, or three
SignalForge AI is an MT5 bridge, and says so plainly in its own comparison table. That is a clean, focused product if MT5 is all you use. TheConnector reaches MT4, MT5 and cTrader from a single alert, and can replicate the same signal across platforms — a strategy running on an MT4 broker and a cTrader account at once is a case the MT5-only category cannot serve at all.
TheConnector: MT4, MT5 and cTrader from one gateway
SignalForge AI: MT5 only, per its own published comparison
Cross-platform replication of one signal is available on the Pro plan
Price: the second account is where the two diverge
On a single account SignalForge is cheap and says so loudly: its entry plan was 4,99 $ per month when we checked, with one broker account. Its next plan was 14,99 $ with three accounts, and additional accounts were listed at 3 $ each per month. Ten accounts therefore came to 35,99 $ per month. TheConnector includes ten connected accounts on its permanently free Basic tier. If you run one account, compare on features. If you run several, compare on this line.
TheConnector Basic: 10 connected accounts, permanently free, no card
Where SignalForge wins on price: unmetered signals, on every plan
TheConnector Basic counts 15 webhooks per day per account — a real limit, stated up front
What each one protects today
Both block entries around economic releases and both offer a daily loss limit. TheConnector also closes open positions before an announcement and lets trading resume after, manages trailing and break-even per pair rather than globally, accepts partial closes, and ships its drawdown recovery mode on the Pro and Elite plans. SignalForge is ahead on a second drawdown limit measured on the whole account, and on a multi-timeframe trend filter — two things TheConnector does not do today.
TheConnector: news filter that also closes before the release, then resumes
SignalForge: an overall drawdown limit and a multi-timeframe trend filter, which TheConnector lacks
TheConnector: partial close and per-pair trailing, which SignalForge lists as absent or global
Shipped today, or announced for later
Read any feature grid with one question in mind: can I buy this today? On the SignalForge site we checked, the AI signal scoring, the hosted cloud terminal, the recovery add-on and the mobile dashboard were all dated to the third quarter of 2026, and the top plan carrying them was sold by waiting list rather than checkout. That is a legitimate way to build a product — it is simply not the same thing as a feature you can switch on this afternoon.
Ask for the shipping date of any feature that decides your choice
TheConnector paid plans are not open yet either — Basic is free and available now
Test both on a demo account before deciding anything
