TradingView webhook routing for prop firm accounts
If you trade a challenge or funded account with FTMO or a similar prop firm, TheConnector receives your TradingView webhook, fixes broker symbols with symbol mapping and routes the same signal to one or several MT4, MT5 or cTrader accounts, with a visible delivery pipeline. Important: each prop firm sets its own rules on automation, copiers and EAs. TheConnector is routing infrastructure, is not affiliated with FTMO or any prop firm, and provides no investment advice. You must verify and comply with your firm's rules; trading carries a risk of capital loss.
Check your prop firm's rules first
Prop firms such as FTMO and similar evaluators publish their own conditions on automated trading, copiers, expert advisors and copying the same trades across multiple accounts. Some allow it, some restrict it, and some forbid it in the evaluation or the funded phase. Before you route any live signal, read the current rules of your specific program and confirm what is permitted on your account. TheConnector is routing infrastructure and is not affiliated with FTMO or any prop firm; it cannot interpret or override their terms.
Read the automation and EA policy of your exact program and phase
Confirm whether copying across multiple accounts is allowed
When unsure, ask the prop firm's support in writing
Multi-account replication for evaluation and funded phases
Many traders run a challenge account and a funded account in parallel, or several evaluations at once. When your rules permit it, TheConnector can take a single TradingView alert and route the same instruction to each connected account, so you do not copy and paste orders by hand. Each destination keeps its own webhook route and its own status history, and you stay in control of which accounts are active, their volumes and their risk.
One alert can fan out to several accounts you control
Each account has its own route and status history
Per-account volumes and risk stay under your control
Symbol mapping across prop-firm brokers
Prop firms route their accounts through different brokers, and the same instrument can appear as EURUSD, EURUSD.r or EURUSDpro depending on the feed. Symbol mapping lets you translate the symbol in your TradingView alert to the exact name each account's broker expects, so one alert can serve a MetaTrader account and a cTrader account that name instruments differently. This reduces rejected orders caused by an unknown symbol, but execution still depends on the terminal, the broker and the account rules.
Map TradingView symbols to each broker's exact naming
Handle suffixes like .r, .pro or .m without rewriting alerts
Mapping reduces unknown-symbol rejections, not market risk
A transparent delivery pipeline you can audit
On a funded account, knowing exactly what happened to each signal matters. The dashboard shows every command moving through Received, Routing, ACK and Delivered, so you can see whether an order reached the terminal or stopped earlier. Late commands expire on a time-to-live instead of being replayed, which avoids firing a stale order minutes after the alert. The payload is plain, stable JSON, with no proprietary DSL to learn, so your TradingView alert message stays readable.
